Who we are

This website is operated by Haris Odobasic B.V., the data controller responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or subscribe through a form on this site, we collect your email address. We collect it only when you enter it and submit the form yourself.

If you email us directly, we also hold whatever you choose to put in that message.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you updates about the Growth After Headcount book and podcast — new episodes, launch news, and related content you signed up for. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you opt in through the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing (there is a link at the bottom of every email) or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and send our emails, acting as our processors:

beehiiv

Our email and newsletter platform, which stores our subscriber list and delivers our emails.

Netlify

Our website host, which serves this site and processes the form submission that passes your email to beehiiv.

Both providers are based in the United States, so your data may be stored or processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. An embedded sign-up form may set functional cookies needed for the form to work. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your data;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.
