The Book
Growth After Headcount is my attempt to make sense of AI. No technology promises more for humanity.
AI will impact every aspect of society and business. My own experience is in growing businesses, and this is where I look at the use of AI.
From the first interviews for the book, I can already say it is the biggest gold rush in human history. The prize is a one-billion-dollar company run by one person. Will it be possible? I don't know yet. But I know some people are close.
In the book, I will tell the stories of the founders, leaders, and investors who embark on these journeys. It is about their dreams, hopes, and the future they want to create. Will you be a part of it?

I run Revenue Wizards, where we build GTM engines for B2B companies with Revenue Operations principles and AI.
My first book, The RevOps Pendulum, argued that Revenue Operations sets the foundation of growth through alignment. Growth After Headcount picks up where it left off: the next swing takes companies out of people-led growth altogether.
